Mr. McChilly Dog Collar

Ordered a Mr. McChilly pattern dog collar for our dog, Pepper, a Rat Terrier. The collar arrived pretty quickly. It is a bit large on Pepper. Her previous collar was much smaller in width but it hasn't been much of a problem. We had to reduce the size on it as small as it would go. I did neck measurements before ordering and her neck was slightly larger than the measurement for the smaller size so I sized up. I think I could have gotten away with the smaller size. But, all in all, the collar is well made, heavy duty and strong and I think would work fantastic on larger breed dogs. Small toy dogs might be swamped by the hefty weight of the collar. Pepper's drapes a bit around her neck rather than fitting snuggly but she seems a bit happy about that. Since she's an inside dog it's not much of a problem.
